A London drummer for hire — kit first, with orchestral percussion and vibraphone when the gig calls for it. Reliable, happy to travel beyond London, and comfortable on click and backing tracks — but always playing for the band. Session dates, live dep cover, theatre pits and duo sets, backed up by video below.
Pick the brief that matches the gig — most clients mix two or three of these across a project.
Studio and remote tracking on electronic kit, click-locked, stems delivered fast for producers who need a real drummer without a full studio day.
Reliable last-minute and booked-ahead cover for bands, function acts and orchestras. Charts read on sight, setlists learned properly, not skimmed.
Timpani, mallets and the full kit for pit orchestras and shows, including one-person alternate percussion books played on MalletKAT.
Vibraphone and bass duo for ceremonies and receptions — a quieter, more distinctive alternative to a covers band for weddings and private events.
Every clip below is hosted on YouTube, so the library can grow without limit — new gigs get added here, nothing is ever swapped out to make room.
Note for Samuele: add new performances by editing the VIDEOS array near the bottom of the file — each entry just needs a YouTube ID, a category, a title and a one-line note. No limit on how many you add.
On stage, in the studio, and in the pit — a collection of recent performance work.
I've been behind a kit for many years — session dates, live dep cover, theatre pits, function sets, all of it. Reliable, ready to travel outside London for the right gig, and just as comfortable locked to a click or backing track as playing to a conductor. The job's always approached the same way: read the chart properly, learn the setlist for real, and always play for the band.
Alongside kit work I play orchestral percussion and vibraphone, including full percussion books on a MalletKAT when a show needs vibraphone, glock and timpani sounds from one seat. I also teach drums, percussion, piano and electronic production across London, which keeps my reading and technique sharp between gigs.
My own writing leans electronic and cinematic, which is part of why I'm just as comfortable with a click track as with a conductor, or nothing but a bass player and a room.
